Successfully rolled out to production a completely online web based medical billing solution for health care practices and billing companies. It provides quick, easy and accurate data entry with advanced search capabilities to enable quick retrieval of patients, encounters, bills, or claims. Complete claims processing via paper or electronic.

Signed on a UK client to develop property rental management web application. Portal would offer vendors to advertise homes, rooms for rent and would allow the renters to make online reservations.
Signed on a US client to convert software written specifically for beauty consultants for running their Mary Kay businesses from VC++ to .Net 3.5 framework.

Completed and rolled out to production the phase 1 of a social pricing application. By combining social pricing and group discounting, it allows both buyers and sellers to save money. It’s patented group marketing solution means that everyone is able to Share the savings.

Signed on a Australian client to build a web portal for the Plumbing Job Management. It offers monitoring the complete life cycle of a job where users can create new jobs, schedule it, and the allows one to monitor all the jobs across all the different stages in the lifecycle of a job.

  • MS Project Server 2007 Customizations
    I
    nvolved in customizing Microsoft Project Server to meet the most demanding requirements of our clients' corporate client. Customized MS Project 2003 extensively and have recently started customizing MS Project 2007 as well by created number of addins and web parts which involve use of PSI functionality, Project Server Event Handlers and SharePoint server customizations. Extended Project Web Access by creating web parts that provide great flexibility and extensibility with high end access rights control and security and also support on the fly creation of SharePoint websites based on user-defined templates. We are currently in the process of developing a highly complex reporting
    module that helps in business analysis of time phased data and costing of projects.

  • Sales Rep System for Small Pharmaceutical Company
    Designed a system to provide assistance to Sales Representatives of the company. It helps the reps with Customer lookup, DEA look up and Sample Request Entry. The reps can also view reports such as Last sample report, Since Last sample report, and Quarterly report as per their territories for different quarters. The quarterly reports are fetched from different MS Access databases related to different quarters of the year. These reports can be downloaded in Excel format. The application also provides facilities to manage users and view the user activities.

    BuyBackpro SQL is an application developed to fill a need for scrap material buy back centers that require a fast & easy way to automate the redemption process. It is easy to use and enables faster data entry to meet real time requirement. It integrates with various input devices like weighing scale machines, ID Scanners etc. It is also touch screen enabled. It also stores the required transaction pictures along with the transaction and complies with all US government regulations.

  • OnlineWizard.Net
    OnlineWizard.Net is an application that generates news letters for all the members of a travel organization. This application generate news letters based on the template file for all the active member of a travel organization. It sets the background and foreground colors, images and layout for the generated news letter. Users can preview news letter before generating it for each member. It stores the generated html content in the database for future modification and generation.

  • PrnPlus Health Care Management
    It is a Health Care Management software used by different Agencies to manage information on patients, primary physicians, secondary physicians, etc. It records all the activities involved right from patient admission to discharge. It records details on Patient information, Admissions, Assessment – (clinical records, history, immunizations, patient environment, functional assessments, diagnosis and surgical procedures) , Plan of care – (treatments, Medications, Dme\Supplies, etc. Also the preparing and printing of 485, 487 reports), Financial Responsibilities (Insurance information according to different payers, Authorizations, Accident related information, etc ), Discharge details. Information is also maintained on Daily Services done (Services provided, Dme\Supplies provided, change in orders, Billing details ) also a Billing process that involves compiling PPS and Non-PPS claims and printing them. It also interfaces with Haven and imports/exports data to and fro. It also interfaces with Peachtree Accounting software.

  • Photo Manager System (for Focus Information Limited, UK)
    Currently developing a web based photo management system that will put in place a full Photo Management cycle, from generating the Assignment sheets, uploading photos to the server, registering them in the database, to Quality control and further photo management.

    Reporting will include photographer performance, photo coverage, and some figures useful to Finance Department. The data will be stored in the existing Oracle database and database logic stored in appropriate database packages. Assignment reports will be developed in C# as a Web Service.

    Currently developing a comprehensive recipes website consisting of members seeking and providing recipes and related information/items. CookingSpot.com will provide a community for its members to use to satisfy their cooking needs. Members will be able to search for and submit recipes, as well as create online shopping lists. Members will also have access to a forum in which they can share experiences and ask cooking and recipe advice from other members.

During each project, Quality-Works cues and records progress through the activities and tasks, from start to finish. Also, for quality assurance, Quality-Works cues and automatically records a project reviewer’s changes and comments.

  • WinOne Accounting System
    WinOne is an accounting and inventory management software which has been customized for use on farms and livestock operations.

    1. Financial Accounting: This involves setting up a chart of accounts for the business and record transactions involving these accounts and produce the  the Income statement and the Balance Sheet.

    2. Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable module: Tracks ageing AR and AP, reports to display the AR and AP history, managing the payments and receipts to and from the payees and customers and so on.

    3. Payroll: Tracking the withholding information, setting up wage rates and payroll tasks, setting up employee information, assigning employees to groups and/or tasks, calculating wages, withholdings and withholding deductions of employees, payment of the net wages and remittance of the withheld tax amount to the appropriate authorities

    4. Inventory: Tracking the various stock parameters for the items, tracking market inventory and so on.

    5. Budgeting: Provide a budgeting feature and comparison with actual figures

    Currently developing a web based knowledge management system that scans, searches, revises, tracks and sends/mails any business document using only a Web browser as it is a 100% web browser solution. It provides ability to scan and manipulate documents, drag and drop files from the desktop, even scan images directly into Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Further, we have also developed a Microsoft Office add-in for seamless integration of the system when using any Microsoft Office application.

  • Archive Plus (for Genikon Corporation)
    Archive Plus is complete scanning and archive management system that combines robust check imaging technology with an advanced archive management tool that scans, stores, indexes and retrieves check information and images and stores the images in TIFF Group 4, Bmp, and JPEG formats. Archive also reads the MICR line, automatically parsing it and storing the route code, account number, check number and amount in a variety of databases, including Access, MSDE, Microsoft SQL, as well as others. Searches using Archive Plus are conducted by entering any combination of fields, from batch ID, route code, account number, amount, from/to & process date. It even allows you to create user-definable fields, that are fully searchable.

    GSPC, one of the largest dealers in properties and Mortgages in Scotland, has been an esteemed client of Rheal software since last three years. GSPC and their members sell over £600 million worth of property: on average, a sale every 20 minutes of every working day. Rheal has been developing and maintaining software for various aspects of GSPC operations. The software systems developed ranges from desktop/Client server systems to Intranet and Internet services. The entire back office operations are automated through this intranet system which entails the entire process of property tracking from property valuation/survey to property photo creation to property brochure creation & printing to property listing to property matching and appointments.

    Currently web enabling a business management and accounting software system designed for service companies. It is being developed to have a Sales & Service Manager where a user can receive, schedule and dispatch service calls and sales activities. In addition to its powerful service features, the robust accounting offers innovative business management tools for detailed flexible business reporting.

  • Microsoft CRM Customization project
    We have incorporated customizations to MS CRM for integrating with an existing Accounting system. This includes features like adding Customized Screens onto MS CRM, along with custom fields in the existing screens. CRM SDK has been extensively used to incorporate features such as Creating an Appointment, Activity, Email. Also once the entire accounting cycle is completed in the Custom (Accounting) Forms, the relevant Invoice details are updated in the CRM Database. The add-on features like incorporating Security Checks based on the current Logged-In User (of the MS CRM), have also been incorporated.

  • ProEst Online – Web enablement of existing estimating application (for CMS Construction Software Corporation)
    The ProEst general construction estimating software was designed for General Contractors, Residential Builders, Remodelers and any other contractor that performs general construction work. The Estimate sheet in ProEst can be setup to look exactly like your current spreadsheet or ledger. The column layout is completely user-definable. The estimate selling price is always displayed on the top bar for quick reference and any changes made to the estimate are reflected instantly in your total. ProEst allows you to takeoff single items and assemblies. The master database contains Items and Assemblies organized in an "explorer-like" tree structure for quick access. The construction estimating system comes with a complete general construction database as well as having interfaces to many industry pricing services.

    Also integrated their Proest 10 application with the following third party applications by developing activex controls using the supplied third party APIs. Also, developed a seamless integration of their application with GTCO digitizers and are working in the area of on-screen measurements - being able to measure the blueprints from a digital AutoCAD or similar file:

    ehouse is a virtual tours service provider in UK and is a leader in its field. The system provides integrated services for property owners and agents. It consists of an intranet application that manages the entire order flow system for ehouse right from taking an order for a client, appointing and scheduling a photographer visit for the property deal, monitoring the package taken for the order, querying the status of the Order, sending invoices to the client etc. We have also developed a secure online system for ehouse that caters to their regular clients and provides the client with access to their order history and the facility to preview and download photographs, floor plans and virtual tours. The system also enables their photographers to upload their work from home after they have taken the required pictures of the property and find directions to the next property using MapPoint SDK.

The sellers have the ability to put up their special offers as well as their excess stock for sale. Manufacturers are able to get vital market information about their product & market demographics based on the requirements that are posted and responded to in the system. Further, we have also built a a salesforce module which can track the salesforce in the field and monitor their performance.

    Planet Online provides a complete collection of e-commerce solutions with complete online management and back office processing including extremely flexible template driven design tool as well as easy to follow 7 steps wizard. It enables user to create a platform that provides thousands of small and mid-sized merchants a storefront solution that allows them to sell online. Merchants are provided with flexible packages to suit their business models. They can either enlist as an internal store and opt for a full functionality of internal shopping cart or if they already have an eCommerce site, they can choose to be listed as external store where in customers are redirect to their respective sites. Importers have been developed to import items from these stores very quickly into the system so that merchants can keep the items and prices in sync with their store. Planetonline also provides click based promotions to stores listed at Planet Online market place.
